The BC Crab Fishermen's Association is a non-profit that represents the Dungeness crab harvesters on the west coast of Canada. We work closely with fishermen, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and third-party fisheries monitoring groups to ensure the fishery is a world leader in sustainability. An average of 8 million kg of Dungeness crab is caught in the year-round fishery in BC, and is sold as a high quality live product.
